Usually, we all have locations with beautiful nature in our neighborhood but we are not aware of that. Try to find one of these places and to treat yourself with spending some quality time there. For example, if you are on Stara Planina, you can spend your day hiking up. You can run on the beach or riverside, but what is great is that you’ll constantly change the environment, which is great both for your body and mental health.
Don’t use weather as an excuse
One of the arguments most people use to avoid working out outside is that weather can be bad, but that shouldn’t be an obstacle. First of all, nobody is going to tell you that you should work out in the middle of the storm, or when the temperature is extremely high or low. But you can work out through the whole year if you prepare yourself for that.
You will be surprised by what your body can do. Our adaptation ability is a lot greater that we sometimes think it is. What straightens your body more is challenging it to perform in different weather conditions.
Also, you can adapt to all those minute changes in your surroundings (such as slight inclines, bumps, or obstacles you may need to dodge), which means your body works harder than if you were running on a treadmill or using a stair machine at the gym.

Stara planina range runs 560km from eastern Serbia eastward through central Bulgaria to Cape Emine on the Black Sea. The range consists of around 30 portions called mountains.
